2. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from the server and the store.

3. Delivery

  • Purchases are usually delivered instantly. If your package does not arrive within 15 minutes, please contact staff.
  • If the server is offline, your items will be given to you automatically when you next join.

4. Ranks & Perks

  • Ranks and packages are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Ranks and perks are subject to changes for balancing and gameplay reasons.

5. Server Access
